Ygg&Lyng.

Ygg&Lyng is a Norwegian design brand. Their team does the design. We work out how to actually build each piece in solid oak so it will still be sturdy in ten years, and then we make them, batch after batch, under their name.

Each new model starts with drawings and a prototype we build and adjust until the joinery, the proportions and the finish are all signed off. After that the model goes into repeat production, with the same jigs, the same suppliers and the same finishing recipe every run.

That repeatability is the point. A brand cannot sell a chair for a decade if run three looks different to run one.
