What's your minimum order quantity?
For custom furniture manufacturing, there is no minimum. We've made one-off reception desks, a single bench for a lobby, and sculptural pieces that exist in one copy. For OEM and private-label production, our practical range is 50 to 500 units of the same piece per year. That's the volume where our tooling, quality control, and batch rhythm make sense for both sides.
What are typical lead times?
After the prototype is approved, a typical OEM batch runs 4 to 8 weeks. Getting to an approved prototype from an approved drawing usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. Custom one-off pieces run about 4 to 12 weeks depending on the product. Lead time depends on complexity, finish, and how much coordinating we need to do with upholstery, metal, or stone partners. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us early and we will build the schedule around it.
Can you manufacture under our own brand (OEM/private label)?
Yes. That's how we work with several design brands. You own the design and the label. We handle prototyping, production and quality control. The finished piece carries your brand, your packaging, and your story. We stay invisible. We can also sign confidentiality agreements when needed.
What's the difference between oak and ash for hospitality furniture?
Oak is denser, harder, and more forgiving in high-traffic spaces like restaurants, hotel lobbies, and bars. It takes a beating and still looks good. Ash is slightly lighter in weight and colour, with a more pronounced, elastic grain. It works beautifully in chairs and pieces that need a warmer, more tactile feel. Both are solid Lithuanian hardwoods, not veneer, not MDF. We usually help the client choose based on the use case, not the trend.
Are you FSC certified, and what does that mean for our sourcing requirements?
Yes. We are FSC® Chain of Custody certified. That means the wood we buy, store, work, finish, and ship is tracked at every step back to a responsibly managed forest. Our partners are also FSC certified. For procurement teams, tenders, and sustainability reports, we can provide the certificate and any documentation you need. You can also view it directly.
How do finished pieces leave the factory?
Everything is checked, protected and packed for transport, then held ready for collection. Most clients arrange transport with their own carrier, which usually works out better for them. Our job is to make sure the goods leave in exactly the condition they were made in.
