Become a manufacturing partner.
We produce solid oak and ash furniture under your label. You bring the design and the brand. We bring the facility, the craftsmen and the quality control. A production partnership for labels that want consistency without building their own factory.

End to end, from your design to your customer.
We act as your production arm. The design stays yours, the brand stays yours, and we handle the rest. The same process works whether you need fifty pieces once or five hundred every year.
You send the design
Drawings, prototypes, samples, or a concept. We read it with manufacturing in mind and come back with questions, suggestions, and an honest assessment of what it will take to produce.
We engineer it for production
We figure out joinery, tolerances, finishes, and packaging. The goal is to keep the design intact while making it repeatable and durable at scale.
Prototype and approve
We build one real piece in the actual wood and finish. You approve it, we document it, and that prototype becomes the standard for every batch.
Scheduled production
A recurring order that fits your release cycle. Same people, same setup, same checks. The hundredth piece is measured against the first.
Finished under your label
Your branding, your packaging, packed and ready for collection. You take it from there and sell it as yours.
50 to 500 units. Repeat quality, every time.
Our facility is sized for small and medium furniture brands: minimum order quantities typically start at 50 units per design, and we can scale up to 500 units per year for a single piece. That is the sweet spot for labels that want reliable production without the overhead of their own factory.
What 50–500 means
Enough volume to make production efficient, small enough to stay flexible. One chair, one table, one stool, or a whole collection.
Identical quality every time
Same wood source, same machines, same finish batch, same checks. The hundredth piece is compared directly to the first approved prototype.
Scheduled for your cycle
Production runs are planned around your catalogue launches. No scrambling for capacity when your season starts.
Prototype approved. Then held to that standard.
Quality is not a final check. It is the whole process, from the first prototype to the last piece. For a brand partner, this matters more than anything: every batch must be the same, because your customers expect it to be.
Prototype approval
Every production run starts from an approved prototype. Dimensions, finish, grain pattern, and joinery are documented and signed off before any batch begins.
In-process checks
During production, pieces are checked at machining, assembly, sanding, and finishing. Problems are caught before they compound.
Final quality control
Each finished piece is compared against the prototype and the documented spec. If it doesn't match, it doesn't ship. We'd rather make it again.
Packing and protection
Pieces are packed so the finish survives the road, then held ready for collection.
Ygg&Lyng. Since 2019.
Ygg&Lyng is a Norwegian design brand. They bring us designs, often from their own studio, and we produce them under their label. For years we have been making chairs, tables, and accessories in solid oak and ash, shipped to their warehouses and stores. The relationship works because the prototype is the standard, and every batch is measured against it.

FSC® Chain of Custody certified.
Our oak and ash are traceable from Lithuanian forests through every step of production. The certificate is available to review.
